Years ago, I began making Rugalach from an old family recipe to give my children a taste of the love, good times and warm memories that I had in my childhood. I remember savoring every bite of my grandmother's Rugalach and developed an appreciation for my family traditions as I sat in the warmth of my grandmother's kitchen.
With each passing year, my friends and family began to demand these delights more and more often. I made sure I had plenty on hand for every special occasion.
As the many special people who have tasted my Rugalach has grown, I have been touched by their compliments. I love to hear them clamoring for more after they empty yet another plate of my home baked treats!
For years, my children begged me to share this Old World delicacy with you -- so I am!
